Once again you can choose any difficulty for this playthrough. Everything, including collectibles and upgrades, will carry over so if you missed anything you can get it during this playthrough.
Once you complete the game, you will unlock a few rewards as well as New Game Plus.

There is also a new type of collectible – Marker Fragments – that can only be found on New Game Plus and are required to unlock the new alternative ending. There are many collectibles that will need to be found, many of which have changed locations or are completely new from the original version. This can technically be done in just two playthroughs, but this would mean doing Impossible on your first playthrough which isn’t recommended.
